Shirts For Shoes Broke Records!!
We have prayed for 2 weeks that together we could minister and provide 400 orphans a brand new pair of shoes and a new shirt. WE DID IT… You have made a difference in a BIG CRAZY way. Well, we exceeded the 400 goal and opened things up to help older orphans at the Kolfe Orphanage in Ethiopia… we set news goals for HopeChest Project “Shirts For Shoes” and exceeded those too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for participating in this project!! I’m just one crazy mom who loves her kids & helping care for orphans all over the world!! God, we give YOU all the glory!!

When will you receive your T shirt?
Our goal is for everyone to receive their HopeChest T shirts BEFORE Valentine’s Day!! We had a huge snow storm and my T shirts were NOT delivered as scheduled. I’m just one crazy mom, but I have some awesome friends who have stepped up to the plate & helping me all week!! Thank you for understanding.

Why do orphans need new shoes?
Many of the kids in Ethiopia are coming to us with clothing that is either worn out, too small, or even too big. Children who have lost their parents to AIDS are wearing the clothes left behind by mom and dad.
These recent photos show you the need and demonstrate how much a pair of shoes will make a huge difference.

Hi, I ordered a t shirt and it came today. It is beautiful, but not the one I ordered. I need a womans extra large, and I am sure I ordered gray, but I got a brown fitted one size medium. I will keep this one and donate it to a silent auction coming up, but I would sure like one that I can wear.
